FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We bring all our own equipment and supplies unless you have a product preference If you have animals, we prefer to use your vacuum cleaner, however, we do have our own.
For hardwood floors, we like to know what you have currently been using and continue to use your product. We suggest that if we are cleaning your floors on a regular basis, that you should not mop them in between. This helps to preserve the Polyurethane that has been applied to them
We typically like to use an eco-friendly all-purpose cleaner for hardwood floors.
Stainless steel is picky! Since all stainless steel is made differently, we prefer to use your product. This will help to eliminate streaks and film
We use products that you can purchase in the store as well. The most important part is that all of our products are pH neutral, this means they will not damage your surfaces.
Our cleaners typically work Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm, however, some of our cleaners are flexible and will pick up a weekend job
That is completely up to you! We just ask you to provide us with a way to get in if you will not be there. We prefer to have a garage code or a key hidden.
We love to be flexible, however, we ask for as much notice as possible. Most of our clients prefer to have their regular cleaner. If you need to change your cleaning date, we will do our best to accommodate. However sometimes you may need to go with a different cleaner.
We will always keep the same cleaner assigned to each client unless they have an emergency or are unavailable. In that case, we will assign another professional cleaner to you. (We always inform our clients in advanced in this case)
We ask that your home be in a condition that we can clean it. This means the sink is empty of dishes, rooms are picked up, etc.
Payment is due at time of service, we take credit/debit card for payments.
If you schedule a one-time cleaning or Move-In/Move Out cleaning. A Credit card and a 50% deposit is required to reserve the date. If you need to cancel, we require a 48-hour notice, otherwise you lose your deposit.
We offer a 200% satisfaction guarantee on our service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 24 hours after your cleaning we will come back and make it right. If you’re still not satisfied, we will refund your cleaning charge and donate your cleaning fee to a charity of your choice in your name.
All our cleaners go through a thorough screening process. We only hire professional cleaners; this means you’re getting a cleaner that already knows how to clean.

Core cleaning package: This maintenance cleaning plan is a popular option to the deluxe cleaning because it focuses on the CORE and often hardest rooms/areas to clean. This package is at a 20% discount from the deluxe package.
The area included in the core cleaning are:
- Kitchen
- All bathrooms
- One additional room (often the family room or master bedroom)
- Vacuum and mop all floors through the home including the stairs
The maids clean these rooms and areas in the same way as the deluxe cleaning, so you get the same high-quality cleaning you expect with the deluxe clean but at a deeply discounted price.
This cleaning plan is a perfect match for customers who don’t mind cleaning some of the easier areas of the home that are not included in this package.
Important things to know about the core cleaning package:
- The kitchen area does not include the adjacent dining area. In this cleaning package the kitchen is considered to be the area where the kitchen countertops and cabinets end.
- If you select the Master Bedroom as your one additional room, our service does not include changing the linens and making the beds. That can be added for $3.50
- You rotate your one additional room between at and time. Contact the office or leave a note for the maids if you are making changes in other one additional room
- Your one additional room can be any like size room in the home: any bedroom, play room, den formal dining room, etc.
- The following areas are not included and will not be dusted or cleaned except for the floors. Those areas included but are not limited to: foyer, laundry room, dining area adjacent to kitchen, formal dining room, bedrooms, den or study, hallways ,stair rails and spindles, common areas, front door window and adjacent windows.
- You can upgrade or return to deluxe cleaning at any time
*Many customers often purchase a top to bottom cleaning every year, or more frequently to get their entire home cleaned including those areas not included in the core cleaning.
We love animals too, but we want to make sure both our cleaners and your animals are safe. You know your animals best, so please let us know if your dog/cat will be in an area when we arrive to clean. Also, we like to know your animals’ names, can you provide those to us please?
