DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!Do not work here ever definitely not if you have kids ever. They don’t care if your kid is in the hospital all night you will get an attitude for not being able to show . The “manager” doesn’t even know what she’s doing CLIENTS AND CLEANERS SAY SO. they have “fired” me by ghosting me no response no reason no anything like a child because I had no baby sitter. The lady is RUDE. If you have a small apartment and get charge 200+ just know there’s houses that are 2000+ square feet that pay LESS don’t waste your money or time go somewhere they care about there cleaners and customers this company hardly deserves to be a company.
My first deep clean was with Chrystal and Nicole! They did a great job and got me ready to have my baby and not stress about a clean space. My recurrent clean has been so helpful. Nicole came back and did an amazing job. I’m so happy I got this service it’s truly been so stress relieving since having a baby.
Maid 4 Time is a great cleaning service. I've been using them for 2 years now. Crystal my cleaner does a fantastic job and my dogs love her. I highly recommend them for your home.
I had a fantastic experience today with Nicole B. from Maid 4 Time. My apartment needed a deep clean before the holidays to keep things pristine, as I am disabled and have pets that kick up quite a lot of allergens. Nicole was very thorough and left my place sparkling clean! She was friendly and her cleaning routine didn’t disturb my work. I will definitely be hiring this service to come routinely after the holidays.

First let me start out by saying my cleaner is awesome always has done a good job.The company itself pulled a fast one on me. Friday afternoon I get a notice that my rate was to increase. My next cleaning was on Monday - a one business day notice for a price increase. I was already paying $330.00 every other week which is a bit on the high side. Now they want to charge me $380. Add tip and I’m over $400. That’s $100 an hr for cleaning services. I understand price increases are inevitable however this was done in poor taste.

Made 4 Time does an extraordinary job cleaning my home. They fit a last minute deep clean into their schedule for me and did a fantastic job. Our house is cleaned every other week and it is always sparkling when they leave. I really appreciate the reminder texts for our cleanings and also their prompt responses to any need or questions. I highly recommend Maid 4 Time!

I contracted and paid for a deep clean..$300.00. What I got was a surface clean by a nice very young woman who spent about an hour and a half. I tried to with get my $200 (the surface clean was worth 100). The owner was rude to me and threatened to report me for harassment. I assure you that she owes me $200. Do not make plans with this company without having you plansin a written contract. I would NEVER use them again…ever

I started this service a couple of months ago with a Deep Clean, followed by Deluxe Clean every two weeks. I’ve been very happy with how well the house has been cleaned. The cleaners have been hardworking, professional, and very nice.
Have used various services and independent contractors for cleaning in the past. Hired this service for an initial deep cleaning with maintenance cleaning afterwards every other week. Deep clean was incredible - as advertised. Weekly maintenance is great as well. Prompt, thorough and immediately responsive to feedback. Cleaners are kind and professional. Online portal for managing appointments and add-ons.

This is by far the best cleaning service we have ever had. They are incredibly responsive and communicative. We have never had an issue scheduling around holidays or other events. Their prices are more than reasonable for the quality and care that they provide. We have used other companies in the past and the personnel and quality was always changing. That is not the case with Maid4Time, we have a dedicated person (her name is Jamie) that has learned our home and does an amazing and consistent job every time. Jamie is absolutely fantastic and on the days she cleans it is always a joy coming home to a clean house after a long day. We have little kids and 2 cats so it's always a gamble what state or house is in but Jamie gets it looking fantastic every time. Also for a cleaning company they have a fantastic website portal where you can manage your account, pay bills, request additional services, and manage your recurring schedule. I would highly recommend them whether your looking for a one time clean or a regular recurring cleaning service.

This company does a good job at cleaning but pricing is a problem. I was given a price for deep clean then called and stated it would be 130.00 more than quote. Did not finish cleaning house and had to return. Second time same thing told one price then price increased. Did not finish cleaning house as discussed. Beware. They will bait and switch you on pricing and it will be 100.00 more than quote.

I loved using Maid 4 Time! I’ve used about 3 other services in the Rochester area and they are such a value compared to others! Cleaning quality was always great, when the regular was unavailable (although not often) they always had someone there in their place, scheduling, payment, and communication was always easy!!

We were very grateful that the company was able to schedule us for their cleaning services on short notice. They kept us frequently informed about our appointment. There was a person in the office to answer the phone. Most companies tend to use voicemail, which is frustrating. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

We originally hired Maid 4 Time to do a move in clean. Heather did an amazing job and through each of our small renovation projects she has gone above and beyond in cleaning what was not cleaned by the workers (or us). Jamie and Erica made my house sparkle! They came to do a deep clean so that I can start my holidays out right. They were thorough and friendly. The products they used have a mild, pleasant scent. My house smells clean but it's not cloying.I'm looking forward to having my house cleaned on a regular basis.
Heather did a fantastic job on the move out cleaning of my mother's house ahead of her move. The professionalism, care, and kindness Heather showed to us and the house was excellent. The resulting cleanliness in each room (bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living room, halls, laundry room) was also excellent. I would not hesitate to have Heather in our home again. She was a true professional.
Our experience with Maid 4 Time started off nice. Unfortunately, things took a turn and it became too challenging to work with them. Every time they made a mistake, it caused me issues and cost me and their way of apologizing was immediately raising their rates. Not only did I pay their significantly increased rates, but I also paid hundreds of dollars to clean up their mistakes. I think they intend to provide a top notch service but the execution is lacking.

When I came home from vacation this week, I could tell nobody lifted a finger while I was away. The whole house was due to be cleaned, and I felt tired and overwhelmed. I decided to hire someone else to do it for me and I have no regrets!Maid 4 Time was actually my first point of contact … and although I intended on doing price shopping, Tina was so quick to respond and so thorough with me, answering all of my questions and even doing a video call to show my home and discuss what is getting cleaned.Brittany and Dana were the ladies sent to my home for cleaning and they did a stellar job! I paid extra to have my walls washed downstairs and they truly sparkled when they were done. They look like new! They really took their time to thoroughly clean everything. We did a walk through when they were done and there were a couple little spots I felt could be cleaned a little better and they were so polite and did so immediately without hesitation or complaint. They were so polite and personable, yet professional. I would absolutely recommend these ladies to anyone needing their place cleaned and will be requesting them the next time I need I deep cleaning.
