Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

We provide all necessary equipment and cleaning supplies for each service appointment, unless a client has a specific product preference. In households with pets, we kindly request the use of the client’s vacuum cleaner, though we are equipped with our own if necessary.

For hardwood floors, we seek to maintain the integrity of the surface by inquiring about the products clients have been using and opting to continue with those products. We recommend that if we are engaged to clean your floors on a regular basis, refraining from mopping them in between our visits is beneficial. This practice aids in preserving the polyurethane coating that has been applied to the floors.

Furthermore, we typically prefer to use an eco-friendly all-purpose cleaner for hardwood floors to ensure both cleanliness and environmental responsibility.
