The Make It Right Promise

We stand behind every clean. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — that’s our promise to you.

STEP 1

The Re-Clean

If any area of your home isn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, just let our office know within 24 hours of your service. We’ll send a team back to your home the next business day to re-clean those areas, at no additional cost to you.

STEP 2

We Make It Right

If you’re still not happy after the re-clean, we’ll work with you on a fair resolution — a credit toward your service, a donation of your cleaning cost to a local charity of your choice in your name, or a refund where we agree it’s warranted. You should never feel stuck with a clean you’re not happy with.

How It Works

  • Let us know within 24 hours. Reporting issues within 24 hours of your appointment lets us respond quickly and keep our standards high.
  • Give us a chance to fix it. Our team will need access to your home on the next business day to complete the re-clean.
  • We’ll find the right resolution together. Every situation is a little different — we handle each one personally and fairly.
